How to find your dream job?

Do you remember being at the university and having no idea when people asked you what you were going to do for a career? Don’t worry, it’s completely normal.  According to a survey by Gallup, 60% of millennials alone are looking to switch jobs. 

So, how to figure out what you want to do?

List your strengths

It is such a great way to focus on your own skills by preparing a list of your advantages. If that doesn’t come naturally to you, ask your friends or trusted colleagues for their opinions or check out a self-analysis resource. Of course, you can be good at anything if you try hard enough or put in enough time. But you can save a lot of time and avoid frustration if you let your strengths lead you to what you should be doing instead of forcing yourself into a career that doesn’t really fit.

Talk to people who know what your dream work is. 

You can start having conversations with people who are in the field you’re interested in and get advice. You should set up a call or a meeting and ask about their job, their experience and the industry.  

 Define clearly what you expect from a new job or a company.

It’s very important to define what you expect from a new position or joining a new company. You need to consider the working environment. A great company helps you to develop your career path. The question is what is a great company where you will devote your time and your skills.
