Co-own with us
Choose almost any home on the market. You buy the portion of the home you can afford (at least 30% of the home), and we’ll buy out the rest.
Move in from Day 1
Congrats! You can move in today and start living in the home or rent it out. Most importantly, you start to enjoy capital appreciation - if the home goes up in value, so does your portion!
Buy out more over time
Every single month, your payments contribute towards owning more of the property. The more you own, the less rent you pay!
Flexibility to leave anytime
You have the option to buy your home fully at any time. If you decide to sell, we’ll split the proceeds accordingly.

The Homebase Process

Sign Up & Qualify
Fill out online application. We’ll contact you, and let you know the maximum value we’ll finance.
Choose your home
We’ll work with you to find your dream property. If you've already have a property you like, let us know!
Finance your home
We’ll discuss financing details, such as rental payment, how we’ll split the capital appreciation, etc.
Purchase your home
We’ll go through the buying process together. When our offer is accepted, we’ll both enter into an agreement.
Move in to your home
Congratulations! You’re now a homeowner and can move in today.
